Description

This synopsis is for three (3) each Extended Spare Kit and three (3) each Remote Location Kit. The Kits are considered as commercial items. The Extended Repair part Kit and Remote Location Kit procured will be utilized in the Army Oil Analysis Prog ram (AOAP) laboratories to conduct analysis test for the presence of wear metals, additives, contaminants; such as, barium, chlorine, sulfur, and water test aviation hydraulic flight control and synthetic or mineral based aeronautical and nonaeronautical o il/grease samples. This procurement will satisfy AH-64, CH-47, OH-58. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations that will be issued; a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are requested for the following: M96023A Extended Spare Kit Spectroil M, Mod3 (3) each, M96033 Remote Location Kit Spectroil M. Mod3 (3) each. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Spectro, Inc. Spectro Inc. has sole proprietary rights to distribute, service, and manufacture the aforeme ntioned products. Delivery schedule is 31 Aug 04. Delivery Address : Army Oil Analysis Program Office, (AMXLS-LA) Building 3661, LOGSA, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government inte nds to negotiate one award based on offer that is most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Drawings, specification, or other technical data are not ava ilable and will not be furnished.
