Description

DESC: NSN: 1005-00-587-8398, Part Number: 7267047. Piston is manufactured from corrosion resistant steel, Class 420, per QQ-S-763 Condition A, except copper 0.50% Max. Piston .400 - .003 in diameter x 3.621 inches long. Bore of .180 + .004 x 3.46 de ep and bore of .323 + .004 x 1.525 deep is required. There are also 6 grooves machined on the outside diameter, heat treat also required as well as a 16 finish. End Item: M14 Rifle. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The estimated maximu m total quantity for this contract is 400 plus a 100% quantity option. FOB is Origin. Estimated issue date is 2 August 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided .
