Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-04-T-0056 applies and is issued as an Unrestricted Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fe deral Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The following is the contract line item and statement of work. Provide all labor, materials and associated costs for beaded panel repair on Ai rcraft 83-23924 located at the AASF #1, Hawkins Field, Jackson, MS broken out by materials, labor, travel and per diem costs. The per diem rate shall be based on the prevailing government per diem rates for Jackson, Mississippi. Quote shall include price to provide and replace the following airframe components. Modification Kit, Stringer Part No 70070-20167-026. Modification Kit Plating Part No. 70070-20470-011. LH Skin, Part No. 70213-02301-141. RH Skin Part No. 70213-02301-142. The government will prov ide its own quality assurance representative for inspection and acceptance of the work. Completion date shall be 30 days after receipt of a purchase order. The following clauses apply. Award will be based on lowest price. The Government reserves the ri ght to request demonstration of past performance indicating the contractor??????s ability to perform repairs to Skikorsky Aircraft.
