Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at F.S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York is in need of 4 Tandem Parachutes for our Para Rescue Squadron. Minimum specifications include: 4 each of SOV3 TS14 Tandem parachute with DRS (CPS-SOV3-TS14-Tandem), 2 each of VS-425 Tandem canopy Main (CPS-VS-425), 2 each of TP 400 Main Canopy M1 Tandem Phoenix (CPS-AM001-TP400 M1), 4 each of HR-400-R1 heavy reserve canopy (CPS-AR001-HR400-R1), 4 each of military Tandem Cypres 2500/35a (CPS-CYP RES-TAN-MIL), 4 each of Tandem gear bag-two front pockets-three handles-heavy zipper (CPS-GBT-002), 4 each of equipment support package (CPS-KIT-ESPTS14-272), 4 each of Tethered bundle US Army/Navy (CPS-BUNDLE-TETHERED), 4 each of military bundle cypress 1 500/29a (CPS-CYPRES-MIL-BUN). The Government considers the Tandem parachute offered from Complete Parachute Solutions of Deland, FL. or EQUAL to meet the minimum requirements of the Government. Descriptive literature and specifications are required with y our offer. Delivery is FOB destination and is to be delivered to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, New York, within 120 days after award. This solicitation number W912PQ-04-R-0006 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and claus es are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This procurement is a small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 314999 (All other miscellaneous textile product) Size Standard is 500 Employees. Award shall be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable proposal.
