- Description
- This is a sources sought synopsis. A solicitation is not currently available, however, the following description is provided to assist offerors in determining their interest in providing the requested services. Personal Services, Contractor to provide all labor and meet all requirements necessary to perform the functions described in the Statement of Work (SOW) that will be included in the solicitation package. Provide Pharmacist (part-time) services for patients as scheduled by the U.S. Government in established facilities at the 48th Medical Group, RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. Service performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the performance work statement, and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization. Potential offerors must provide documents providing evidence of education, training, license, experience, certification and expertise of a health care provider. The estimated performance start date is: August 2004. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 621399. For the purpose of this procurement the acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Potential offerors should indicate interest in this acquisition by providing, not later than 30 Jul 2004 at 1400hrs (GMT), evidence of their interest to perform this requirement.
