Description

Travis AFB intends to exercise the first option year on a sole-source purchase order for the lease and maintenance of twelve BAXA TPN Compounding machines to BAXA Corporation, Englewood, CO. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance is from 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 339112 applies. This notice serves as information only and does not obligate the Government to exercise the option nor make an award, nor does the Government incur any costs as a result of this posting. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
