Description

Description: To provide the following items (or equivalent items) : Avelex CMX 40-8 Channel Console 4800, 150X32X8 Snake 1547, 12 Channel Sub Snakes(2 each), 8 Channel Fan to Fan Return Snake 30 Ft, 31 Band Stereo EQ?s Ashley MQX2310 869(4 each), AMPS QSC RMX850 for Monitors 429(3 each), Ashley Crossover XR-1001 429, AC Power Conditioners PL8(2 each), Amp Rack, Misc Patch Cords for Console and Power Amps, 12 GA Install Speaker Wire(350 ft), Mic Cord Install(250 ft), Powered Sub Speaker Yorkville LS700PB 1200, EV Force-E Stage Wedges 419(6 each), Hot Spot Stage Wedges HSVC 169(2 each), Speaker Cords Speakon(8 each), 25 FT Mic Cords(32 each), Mic Stands(12 each), Wireless Mics Shure ULX824/58 1050(12 each) to create a new sound system at Larcher Chapel, Keesler AFB, MS. Contractor also to provide installation of new system, testing of new system, and any training for chapel personnel needed to properly operate the new system. Estimated issue date of this Solicitation, # FA3010-04-T-0020, is 15 July 04. This Request for Quotation is set aside for small business concerns (NAICS code 541512/$21 million threshold). The solicitaion will be available to download via http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or through the Internet address: www.ccr.gov. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am on Tuesday, 27 July, 2004. Bidders/offerors should be at the Larcher Chapel, Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS at this time and date to view the work site and present pertinent questions.
