Description

Architect-Engineer service to provide working drawings, specifications and cost estimate at 50% and 100% design stages to provide Emergency Power to the Operating Room (OR) and Intensive Care Units (ICU) HVAC systems. Firm must be knowledgeable in electrical and HVAC work. Project will install backup chillers for half of the OR's which currrently do not have them and for 3 ICU's. Project will also install emergency power to both systems (including the existing backup chiller for the OR) as required by regulations. Project design includes the preparation of construction drawings and specifications for the complete installation of chillers and all associated utilities and the complete installation of emergency power to the chiller systems. Some site surveys will be required. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SF 254/255's have been replaced by the attached SF 330 which is to be completed and returned by close of business (4:30 p.m. day- light savings time)on August 16, 2004. No facsimile will be accepted.
