- Work will be performed on the Malheur National Forest, Emigrant Creek Ranger District. Work includes the removal of existing culverts, staking major structures, brushing, excavation for major structures, placing riprap, installation of larger culverts (Arch Pipes), rerocking over the structures, placing asphalt surfacing and minor concrete structures. The estimate for this project is between $100,00.00 and $200,000.00, and is 100% Small Business set aside. The solicitation will be posted electronically to FedBizOpps on July 29, 2004.
