Description
Synopsis: Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to: Cynthia P. Diama at cynthia.p.diama@usace.army.mil. The Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a competitive 100 percent small business set-aside requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Various Road Improvements and Repairs at Fort Lewis, Washington. The pu rpose and scope of this IDIQ contract is to provide various road repairs, maintenance and minor improvements for military projects at Fort Lewis. This requirement will be a sealed bid procurement conducted in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 14. The period of performance is a base period not to exceed (NTE) 12 months, and four option periods NTE 12 months each, for a total contract performance period NTE five (5) years. Task Orders will vary in size from $ 2,000 - $500,000. Orders will include tasks such as grading, drainage, asphalt paving, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving, pavement markings, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic control and other incidental items. Maximum value of all work will be limi ted to $3 million per contract period and $15 million over the life of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 with a size standard of $28.5 million. This project is 100 percent small business set aside. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its an nual average gross revenue, taken for the last three (3) fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
