Description

Replace and Repair Roofs, This Acquisition is a Competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, bids will only be accepted from firms that certify themselves as a SDVOSB. Work under this project includes, but is not limited to: Biuldings 90, 71, 24, 9, 7, 41, the Upper Tramway between buildings 8 and 9; work is to be done per design and specifications by the A/E, Malone Belton Able PC (307)674-4476. Work also includes (but is not limited to); tear off old roofing and/or sheathing, reinstalling sheathing, installing roofing membrane as per design and specifications, install curved copper dormer roofing, gutter/downsput/splash block removal/repair/replace, and replace railing as specified in the plan set. The successful contractor must complete the project within 360 calendar days after receiving "Notice to Proceed":. Magnitude of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS Code is 238160. A Bid Bond is required on this project. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required from the successfull offeror within 10 calendar days after award. Anticipated solictation issue date is 8/13/04. The solicitation will be issued in hard copy only (i.e. not electronic). Plan sets can be obtained on or after the issue date from the A/E, Malone Belton Able, 340 West Dow Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, 307-674-4476. There is a $75 refundable deposit required for Plan Sets.
