Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform maintenance inspections, certifications, decontamination and changing of filters, when necessary, of biological/biohazard cabinets and fume hoods. Services will be provided to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202 for the period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4) one year renewal options, which will be exercised at the option of the Government. The NAICS code is 562998 and size standard is 6.0 mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Government. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) via the website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/webobjects/bospublic.woa. Solicitation will be available electronically on or about July 28, 2004. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
