Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center plans a sole source award of a commercial order to AVW Audio Visual Inc. of Austin, TX to provide audio visual support for the 2004 VA Information Technology Conference (ITC). The ITC will be held at the Austin Convention Center in August 2004 and AVW Audio Visual is the in-house AV company that supports conferences held at the Austin Convention Center. This support includes providing equipment, installation, on-site coordination and technicians during the conference, and dismantling at the completion of the conference. The determination to open competition based on resonses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be in writing and may be faxed to 513-326-6028 to be received no later than 1 pm (CST) on July 16, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUL-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
