- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, H92244-04-Q-0068 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 18 June 2004. This procurement is restricted to small business set aside. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. This procurement has a DPAS rating of DO.
