Description: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.The solicitation number W912CN-04-T-0636 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Additional information for this solicitation can be downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The North American Industry Classification System code is 451110, with a small busi ness standard of $6.0M. The acquisition is a firm-fixed requirements contract for cardio LifeFitness equipment and related parts and accessories. Delivery shall be made FOB destination (FAR 52.247-34) to location specified on Solicitation W912CN-04-T-063 6. The required delivery date is 20 August 2004. Offerors who fail to follow the format and requirements listed may be found unacceptable. Quotes will initially be evaluated for delivery acceptability. Only quotes with acceptable products will be consi dered. Award will be made to the responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past performance and ability to meet the requirements and delivery schedule. The Government may award a contract based on initial offers recei ved, without discussion of such offers; therefore, initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
