Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) intends to award a purchase order under simplified acquisitions procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 to Quantum Analytics for a Markes U-UNITYe, Thermal Desorber and ULTRA Autosampler. This unit is compatible with our existing supply of thermal desorption tubes (3.5? x ?? O.D. tubes) and it offers standard spiking capabilities and the ability to reproducibly split samples, providing for duplicate or backup injections. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document is available. Any source who believes they can provide this required product is entitled to submit a capability statement (which addresses this requirement) to the point of contact identified in this announcement. Submit information to NIOSH, 4676 Columbia Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45226, ATTN: Pat Rose, Mail Stop C-4. If no responses are received within 15 days, award shall be made to Quantum Analytics. Award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253?(1) without further notice being issued. All responses received shall be considered by the Government.
