Description

Project No. B-03-221, Relocate Tennis Court at Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. This project includes (but not limited to); (1)demolition of existing tennis court, (2)construction of new all-weather type tennis court, (3)construction of chain link fence, (4)construction of new concrete sidewalk, (5)installation of drinking fountain, and (6)installation of exterior lighting system. Performance Period: 90 calendar days after receipt of award. Performance Bond (100% of contract price) is required for this project. The offeror is required to submit Past Performance Information for the most relevant 5 contracts to this project by 6 May 04. All offerors are encouraged to participate the site orientation on 23 Apr 04, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Main Gate, Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Kanagawa-ken, Japan.
