- Description
- Norbeck Overlook Phase II. This project will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and consists of expanding the existing parking area for the Norbeck Overlook. Work includes staking, embankment, silt fence, erosion control blanket, crushed aggregate, prime coat, hot asphalt, bumper blocks, seeding, signing, pavement marking, and installing road closure devices. The Parking area provides access to the scenic overlook of the Black Elk Wilderness. The projected performance time is 210 calendar days. The size standard for the NAICS code is $28.5 million. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted from this web site exclusively.
