- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Innovative Consulting, Inc., 1717 Beck Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405 on a sole-source basis for services to support the Low-Frequency Electromagnetic Systems (LFEMS) programs. Specialized knowledge in the areas of electromagnetic field theory, signal analysis, and stochastic processes is required for completion of this task. Innovative Consulting is uniquely qualified to provide the services required in this order as they provided primary support for the initial development of the Near-Field Electromagnetic Propagation In Conductive Media ? EXCEL Workbook Users Guide and other magneto-inductive communications program areas. Any other contractor would be required to duplicate a significant amount of this previous work in order to establish the knowledge base that Innovative Consulting has, which it is estim ated would increase the cost by 100%. Award will be based on the written quotation. The anticipated award date will be on or about July 30, 2004. The period of performance will be for 15 months from award. Delivery will be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated. NAICS Code 541330 applies. FSC code is B. Size standard is $4M.
