Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: (1) roll aircraft insulation, P/N STM26103D C4.5 T2 #34424 52??????HS, green #34424 Heat seal 52?????? x 100 yards. Orcon P/N 5513D; (3) rolls aircraf t insulation, P/N STM26103D C4.5 T1 #34424 4?????? STT 4?????? X 375?????? green straight tape. Orcon P/N 5933D; (2) rolls aircraft insulation, P/N STM26-703F T2C1&2 1X48X50 green #34424. Orcon P/N 57113. Item is required within 21 days ARO, and FOB des tination is preferred for delivery to Stratton ANGB, 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302-9752. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) in re ference to RFQ W912PQ-04-T-0016. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 &23 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20040513.
