Description
This is a Sources Sought for the Airborne Broadcast Intelligence (ABI) Program and Combat Track II (CTII) sustainment. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a request for proposal or award a contract as a result of this request. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an IFB or an RFP, nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, or to pay for the information solicited. Foreign participation is not authorized. The Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Integration Systems Program Office, is seeking information on qualified sustainment sources for the ABI/CTII Programs. The contractor shall support deployments worldwide inclusive of site surveys; installation and integration; assembly and test; training; Software/Hardware enhancements, modifications, integration and retrofits; execution; and assessment. Foreseeable deployments include support to Mobility Air Forces (MAF) and Combat Air Forces (CAF) aircraft, including the B-1B and B-52. The contractor shall also be required to provide depot-level support for garrisoned and deployed hardware/software maintenance, repair, and return to the users. The Government requests that interested offerors submit their responses, not to exceed more than five (5) one-sided pages, with respect to the key features discussed above to ESC/SRK, 29 Randolph Rd, Bldg 1102C, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-1634, ATTN: 2LT Rebbecca L.
