- DynCorp Technical Services a CSC Company (DTS) contemplates issue of an Unfunded Request For Proposal (URFP) for the Construction/Repair Fence -Main Gate at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number URFP061P. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or DTS should funding not be provided. DTS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. This project has Fill or Kill authority. Fill or Kill authority projects may be funded with only FY04 fallout money that may become available prior to fiscal year end or after fiscal year end but not later than 31 December 2004. Fill or Kill authority offers may be opened the day offers are due or at sometime in the future when funding has been promised but no later then 31 December 2004. All offers presented must provide for acceptance through 31 December 2004 or offers will be considered non-responsive. Should no funding be promised the offers may remain unopened. The XTLF 04-1034-ATFP Construct/Repair Fence ? Main Gate project would consist of approximately 5000 linear feet of chain-link Perimeter Fencing. The fence has an overall height of 7 feet made up of 6 feet of chain link fabric topped with a 1 foot tall section of three strands of barbed wire in accordance with plans and specifications to provide for a complete project. An option to construct an additional approximately 1200 lineal feet of fence as described above is also anticipated. URFP061P package is expected to be available for download in late July or early August 2004 at our Web page http://ifb.dyncorp.com as a zip file. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. NAICS 238990, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $12M. Magnitude $250K-$500K. Once issued details for the non-mandatory but highly recommended Pre-Bid meeting and Offer closing date can be found on page one of the Solicitation Offer and Award document in the solicitation documents folder of the solicitation download.
