Description

PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO PERFORM WORK AS OUTLINED IN SPECIFICATION #344,DATED 5/4/04 ? Industrial Hygiene Services for sampling, analyzing, monitoring and overseeing asbestos abatement of NCI-Frederick buildings as the need is identified. The Industrial Hygienist will be called simultaneous to notification of the abatement contractor and shall co ordinate with the abatement contractor to schedule the required task. The Industrial Hygienist must be on site whenever the abatement work is in progress and shall provide a written report for each project. The Industrial Hygienist must not leave the site while abatement workers are present THE BASE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE SHALL BE FROM 9/26/04 THROUGH 09/25/05. THERE WILL BE THREE (3) ONE YEAR OPTIONS, WHICH MAY BE EXERCISED BY SAIC. OPTION 1, 9/26/05 THROUGH 9/25/06, OPTION 2, 9/26/06 THROUGH 9/25/07 AND OPTION 3, 9/26/07 THROUGH 9/25/08. PERFORMANCE WILL BE AT THE DIRECTION OF THE SAIC CONTRACTING OFFICER?S TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE (COTR), WHO WILL ISSUE VERBAL ORDERS FOR SERVICES. ORDERS EXCEEDING $25,000 IN COST MUST BE ISSUED IN WRITING BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND ALL INVOICES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
