Description
It is clarified that it is preferred but not required that the small businesses have a GSA IT Schedule 70. Only certified small businesses may submit a quotation for consideration. The quote must meet the Vocus specification or be similar without development. Original posting follows: ************************The Transportation Security Agency (TSA) contemplates acquisition of Vocus (GS-35F-0569K) public relations management software, enterprise edition. However; TSA invites small businesses under GSA IT schedule 70, standard item number 132-33 perpetual software licenses, to submit proposal/quotes for an alternate commercial solution that automates various public relations functions such as: organizing media contacts, managing news collection, and analyzing impact. TSA requires interested small businesses to submit a proposal/quote to the contracting officer by no later than ten (10) working days after the publication date of this notice. E-mail submission is acceptable. Following are the minimum required elements for 25 concurrent users: Public Relations: Web based solution for management of journalists, targeted distribution, news, media inquiries and daily tasks. National Media Database: Access a media directory of over 400,000 unique journalists, updated daily. This includes print, broadcast, trade press, freelancers, e-zines, etc. User is able to search, sort, and create groupings and lists based on users own specifications. Media Profiles: Contains background information and pitching tips on journalists from right with the public relations system. News Gateway: Have user electronic news clips automatically fed in the public relations system for easy archiving, searching, analysis, and distribution. Editorial Calendars: Identify relevant story opportunities for user?s organization on a year round basis. Reach out to the appropriate outlets to gain coverage and easily track the results of users? efforts. Hosting Services: System must be hosted and completely web based with access via secured ID and passwords. Implementation and training services: Required to have user fully functional. Optional Items: Analytics ? provide instant analysis of data with graphical reports. Campaign Management: Send interactive press releases and monitor real-time campaign results. International Media Database: a compiled and comprehensive international media database of journalists throughout the globe. Technical support: Minimum required is Monday ? Friday 8 ? 5 EST If your company is interested, please submit a quotation along with a product description and brochure or web link showing the features of the product. Your firm will also be required to complete certifications and representations prior to award.
