Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 17,000 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 14,813 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred is June 15, 2005, or sooner, if possible. New Construction will be considered. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North Boundary: Hwy 25; Area bounded 15 miles South of Hwy 25 and 15 miles East of Hwy 70; West by Hwy 307-- Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 64 surfaced parking spaces on site or within 100 feet of building.
