Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for project 538-04-102 "Relocate Specialty Clinics to 27AB" at the DVA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Work to be completed within 300 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 7/24/04. Specifications will be available on line. Drawings will not be available on line and must be requested in writing by mail or by fax (740-772-7008)(Please indicate if you are also requesting a paper copy of the solicitation). Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the DVA Medical Center, Building 28, Room 213, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. As this is an occupied area, this will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Numbered Note 29 -100% Set Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. NAICS 236220.
