Description

Bureau of Land Management Notice of Intent to Lease Space Arcata, California Bureau of Land Management Notice of Intent to Lease Space Arcata, California The Bureau of Land Management presently occupies office, warehouse, and wareyard space under an expiring lease in Arcata, California. The Bureau of Land Management is conducting a space rental analysis for a 1 year, non-firm term lease for 43,515 usable square feet of office and related space. Any alternative space must be of equal or better quality and provided on not more than one floor. Location: Space must be located with the Arcata city limits. The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and quality available, at an economic advantage to the Government including all build-out costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and meets the bureau's special requirements. If you have space that meets or exceeds the above requirements, contact this office by July 15, 2004.
