Description

This requirement is for the procurement of two (2) Replacement Control Systems. One (1) 15-ton and one (1) 30-ton condenser unit will be installed at the USATA Metrology Laboratory in Pirmasens, Germany. The anticipated contract is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Delivery is requested 90 days after contract award. This acquisition is sole source to Western Environmental Corporation, 6820 Roosevelt Avenue, Suite G, Franklin, OH 45005. Western Environmental designed the extisting equipment. The replacemen t units must be designed to fit properly with the existing equipment. Western Environmental is the only source with the specific equipment and skills to install a 15-ton and 30-ton condenser unit at the USATA Metrology Laboratory un Pirmasens, Germany. T he closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date.
