Description: Decommission of Mill Creek Recreation Area. Completely remove all of the existing improvements within the project limits at the Mill Creek Campground. The only improvements to be retained are the concrete retaining wall/sidewalk adjacent to the existing swimming area and the drainage structure. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation will be available on this web site on or about July 22, 2004.
