- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-fixed Price Contract to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the Modernization of Elevators HL2 and SL5 in the U.S. Capitol Building for the Architect of the Capitol, Washington, DC. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 23, 2004. The approximate date for receipt of proposals is August 25, 2004. Site visit and pre-proposal conference details will be included in the solicitation package.
