Description

This synopsis replaces previous synopsis for solicitation number FA4417-04-R-0008, which was posted under classification number “56” and should have been posted under classification “Y” for construction. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, or as needed to construct the new Helicopter Weapons Maintenance Facility. The work to be performed includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following principal features: Layout and establish at the site, the location of the facility and supporting features including site utilities. Layout and construct the building, including but not limited to, layout and construct exterior walls including door openings; roof framing/sheathing/metal roofing, finishes, and trim; complete the exterior and interior of the building including mechanical and electrical systems. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days form the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
