Description

On Saturday, August 7, 2004 the 78th Services Division is hosting our 13th Annual Summer Bash event at Robins Park from 4 to 9 p.m. Summer Bash is a day of family fun with carnival games and rides, live musical entertainment, great food, clowns, prizes, a firework show and more. It?s our way of thanking the base populace for their patronage throughout the year. Anyone with a base ID may join in on the fun. Average attendance is 6,000 people. Sponsor booths for 2004 include a 10? X 10? canopy, tables, and chairs as well as name/logo recognition on all Summer Bash publicity, such as posters, base-wide email, Robins Rev-up where permissible (20,000 per week), the Edge magazine (15,000 per month), etc. If a larger canopy area is needed we can accommodate. The sooner we confirm sponsorship, the more name and/or logo recognition you receive. If you cannot participate as a sponsor we would love to have you participate as a donor. Past donors have made donations such as free museum or park passes, free nights stays at a hotel, gift certificates, T-shirts, etc. We would love to have the opportunity to give away a car to one of our Summer Bash attendees as well. Anything your company could provide us we would be very grateful for and will use your donations as prizes to give away at the event itself.
