- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Edge II Press Sys Control Upgrade. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared IAW FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quote shall be for FOB destination Robins AFB, GA31098 and include estimated delivery date. Quote shall include contractor?s CAGE, net payment terms, and any applicable warranty provisions. Furthermore, the quote shall be submitted in the same format that invoice would be. The resultant purchase order will be Firm Fixed Price. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-05 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. IAW FAR 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be Price, Price related factors, and Adherence to the Purchase Description. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-7549, ATTN: Amber Sloan or e-mailed to amber.sloan@robins.af.mil. Response date is July 8, 2004 and anticipated award date is July 20, 2004. All interested parties must be registered in Contractors Central Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 for award consideration. All responsible parties are invited to submit a quote for consideration. This is a sole source to TMP, Cleveland, Ohio.
