Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to REED ELSEVIER INC;, DBA LEXIS/NEXIS GROUP, 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 600, Washington DC 20036-3843, for a 2-Year Subscription to the LexisNexis Online Service from Jan 2005 to Dec 2006, with the Military Educational Option, up to ten Identification Numbers, Online Printing, Downloading, Training, and Unlimited Access. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before 1300hrs (Central Time) on 12 July 2004. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with REED ELSEVIER INC;, DBA LEXIS/NEXIS GROUP will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Harold M.
