Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the repair of the Fire Suppression Systems at buildings 758, 763, and 899. The work is 22% general, 65% mechanical, and 13% electrical. The work is in a restricted area. The Project Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 29 July 2004. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet. The address is http: www.eps.gov. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain his or her copy from the Internet. Copies WILL NOT be mailed from the contracting office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update their files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The small business size standard is $12,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small business with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Work is to be performed at Minot Air Force Base, Ward County, North Dakota.
