Description: Perform Phase II Environmental site Assessments per ASTM E 1903 guidance on six of seven closely located parcels in downtown Seward, Alaska. Moblization/demoblization is considered incidental to the project. One parcel is a street and contains no buildings. One comprehensive report is to written. Five of the six buildings are to be inspected for hazardous building materials. The data shall be adequately identify, cahracterize and quantify hazardous materials for us in teh proper design of abatement, demolization, or renovation activities in accordance with OSHA, AKOSH and EPA requirements.
