- DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 20,448 to 21,470 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of San Jose, CA set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 17,781 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable square feet) to a maximum of 18,670 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but in no case later than March 31, 2005. LOCATION: City of San Jose, CA within the following delineated area: North - Berryessa Road; South - Yerba Buena Road; East- White Road/San Felipe Road, between Mabury Road and Yerba Buena Road; West - Highway 101 (between Yerba Buena Road and Tully Road), East on Tully Road to South King Road, North on South King Road to Mabury Road. LEASE TERM: Fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access, is solicited.
