- The work consists of precommercial thinning/release on 449 acres. Project site is located in the Glendale Resource Area, Douglas County, Medford District, Oregon. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 20%; and Payment Bond, 20%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 19, 2004. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
