Description

Solicitation FA6606-04-R-0004, Project YTPM 03-3009. This acquisition is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanitity contract consisting of demolition, maintenance, repair, replacement, and construction of base pavements, including, but not limited to sidewalks, driveways, roads, parking lots, drainage systems, and base airfield pavements. The work includes both flexible (asphaltic) and portland cement based pavements. This is a unit price contract. Individual task orders will be issued against the IDIQ contract. The solicitation will be issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and the government anticipates awarding a base period from the date of award through the following 12 months, with two one-year options that will result in a fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The annual guaranteed minimum for each task order is $50,000 and maximum yearly limit is $750,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification is 237310, and a small business size standard is $28,500,000. The solicitation will be issued on 19 July 2004 with a due date of 25 August 2004. All requests to be placed on the solicitation mailing list must be submitted by mail, fax or e-mail, telephone requests will not be honored. A complete copy of the solicitation will be provided on a CD-ROM disc, paper copies of the solicitation documents will not be provided.
