- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Purchase Description: Infrared Fusing System used to transform plated tin lead alloy to a solder surface fusing is required for nearly all rigid double sided and multilayer printed wiring boards manufactured in MA. The Infrared Fusing System shall be in accordance with the attached Purchase Description. Contractor shall quote for a quantity of 1 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quote shall be for FOB destination Robins AFB, GA 31098 and include estimated delivery date. Quote shall include contractor?s CAGE, net payment terms, and any applicable warranty provisions. Furthermore, the quote shall be submitted in the same format that invoice would be. The resultant purchase order will be Firm Fixed Price. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-05 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212?2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. IAW FAR 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be Price, Price related factors, and Adherence to the Purchase Description. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-7549, ATTN: Deirdre Bird or e-mailed to deirdre.bird@robins.af.mil. Response date is July 12, 2004 and anticipated award date is Aug 2, 2004. All interested parties must be registered in Contractor Central Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 for award consideration. All responsible parties are invited to submit a quote for consideration.
