Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized and forfeited vessels and trailers in the District of the Virgin Islands. The vessels range from 25 feet to 33 feet in length. It is the intent of the USMS to award a service contract for one (1) year. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. It is anticipated that solicitation number MS-05-Q-0001 will be issued on July 12, 2004. The estimated response date will be August 13, 2004. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. The FedBizOpps website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
