Description

The Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) has a requirement to analyze known and emerging vulnerabilities specifically related to the use of stenographic tools and techniques and develop methods to detect stenography The contractor will develop a prototype system that will allow for the real-time embedding and recovery of data within images. This project is known as Phase II Advanced Signals Processing for Information Recovery and Examination (ASPIRE). These requirement are described further in the Statement of Work, which is uploaded with the solicitation. Offerors are required to provide a firm fixed price which includes all cost (labor, travel, material, indirect cost). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The following Commerce Business Daily numbered notes apply: 22.
