Description

Financial Management Service (FMS) is requesting quotations for Levanta 2.X Software (or equal). The requirement includes: 1.) A fully licensed version of the software with support up to 2 IFL?s, 2.) 3 days of onsite installation and training support, and 3.) The software will be used for the deployment and management of multiple Linux operating systems and servers, under the IBM z/VM operating environment, allowing for multiple copies to be executed. IBM z/VM version 4.2 or 4.3 will be used in the baseline infrastructure environment. Simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to FMS, Ardmore Industrial Center, 3361-L 75th Avenue, Landover, MD 20785. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. All interested parties are requested to submit a written quotation that will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, business size, delivery terms, proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, and any prompt payment discount terms. If items are available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by COB 7/7/2004. Quotations may be faxed to 202.874.0524, Attn: Mark Jefferson.
