- Description
- FISC San Diego has a requirement for contractor performance work in support of the Center for Personal Development Detachment, Drug and Alcohol Program Management Activity (CENPERSDEVDET, DAPMA), San Diego, California. Contractor support services is to provide Personal Responsibility and Values Education and Training (PREVENT) to active duty Navy personnel and others in order to motivate life-style behaviors and attitudes. Curriculum includes such topics as nutrition, stress reduction, smoking cessation, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) education, peer/family violence and other abusive life-style behaviors that may impact fleet readiness. The scope of this effort encompasses facilitation, administration, curriculum development, and delivery and evaluation/development of data necessary to provide the Navy?s PREVENT course at naval locations worldwide. On the average, the est imated class size is 15 to 25 students. The assigned NAICS is 813319 and the size standard in millions of dollars is $6.0 Million. The FSC is G099. The basic period of performance is 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 and will include four (4) option periods. Interested vendors may obtain a copy of solicitation N00244-04-R-0067 via the Navy Commerce Online, Business Opportunities, www.neco.navy.mil. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 16 July 2004. No hard copies will be issued. Vendors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration CCR website http://www.ccr.gov. The RFP will include a Statement of Objectives (SOO). Contractors will develop the performance based work statement, performance metrics and measurement plan, including the quality assurance plan?all will be evaluated prior to award.
