- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Goodrich Corporation. The contractor shall provide a two-part liquid polymer called NGD-9. The polymer is a proprietary formulation. No substitutes are acceptable. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
