Description

A134304B061 - The National Park Service, Southern Arizona Office, Phoenix, AZ 85013, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for surface treatment of roadways on the Needles road, route 10, approximately 5.7 miles; Island in the Sky District, the Green River Overlook road and campground, approximately 2 miles; to include chip seal, fog coat and traffic marking in San Juan county in the state of Utah. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about July 16, 2004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310/size standard of $28.5 million. Estimated price range is between $200,000 and $500,000. No organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled, however, individual requests may be arranged by contacting John Lewis at 435/719-2152, at least 24 hours in advance of site visit date being requested. A copy of the Invitation for Bid will be available approximately 15 days after the announcement date, via the internet at www.fedbizopps.com or www.ideasec.nbc.gov. Interested vendors MUST register at the National Business Center website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov and at http://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of the Invitation for Bid will be issued. Telephone or facsimile requests will NOT be accepted for bid packages. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to dixie_buehler@nps.gov.
