Deliveries are F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507 -5000. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. (Cage: 78286); this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, an d manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately.
