This publication serves as a pre-solicition notice to procure on a competitive basis 109 rental cars for transportation of dignataries during the 2004 Niagara Falls ARS Airshow in Niagara Falls, New York, during the period of 8/22/04 through 8/30/04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532111 with a standard size of $21.5 million. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (DFARS 252.204-7004). Registration may be made via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or calling 1-888-227-2423. This will be a commercial purchase. Quotation due date is by 3:00 p.m. 22 July 2004.
