- This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to reflect change to closing date from 02 Jul 04 to 12 Jul 04. It also corrects naics code in body from 488490 to 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services. --This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F63CES33010100 - RM is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16, 17 (31 OCT 03). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $6 million. Statement of Need: Contractor shall provide all personnel/labor, equipment, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to install and train personnel in the use of installed on-site system for Emergency notifications by phone, pager, or email (performance based requirement) at Altus AFB, OK. The system must be better than or equal to ?DCC on-site system communicator NXT notification package? manufactured by Dialogic Communications Corporation. The system shall include installation and training required to maintain and operate specified equipment at Altus AFB. Contractor will provide no less than one year warranty or standard commercial warranty with service to include 24 hour tech support. EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (performance based shall =)1 ? Run multiple call-out scenarios simultaneously, alerting unlimited number of people. 2 ? Allows messages to be recorded on-the-fly. 3 ? Notifies individuals or groups by phone, pager and e-mail. 4 ? Allows notifications to be launched remotely through an Internet connection. 5 ? Allows for set device preference for notification (phone first, pager second, e-mail third, etc.) 6 ? Provides unlimited, customizable fields (e.g., date/time) to be automatically delivered with the message. 7 ? Prompts for responses and logs ETAs. 8 ? Houses unlimited contacts or groups in the system?s roster. 9 ? Provides easy creation of specific call-out groups. 10 ? Prints/e-mails comprehensive reports. (end SON). All work shall be performed IAW SON.
