Description

NOTICE OF ORAL PRESENTATIONS FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS SUBMITTED UNDER DOL047RP00002 for Standard Competition for DOL Printing and Reprographics study. As indicated in Section L of the Request for Technical Proposals (RFTP) the CO hereby gives notice that all vendors including the ATO submitting proposals on time (meaning, on or before 12 July 2004 NLT noon EST) SHALL make themselves and their presenters available during the period 13 July through 16 July 2004 from 8.am to 4pm daily. Further, all shall comply with the submittal requirements by email, of the names and other information required to be sent to the CO at L.21 (6) of the solicitation. The official ?Call for Presentation? start times for each vendor will be posted at FEDBIZOPPS no later than 3pm on July 12th. Be aware of the times your firm must be present and present and ensure you bring all required materials with you. The Contracting Officer's phone number is 202-693-4036. The assistants number is 202-693-4024. Call in advance to confirm the arrival time of your party at the security desk at least one hour in advance of your scheduled start time in order to process your firm through security.
